1.2 Authority: Users represent that they are authorized to bind their business to these Terms.
1.3 Account Registration: Businesses must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.

 

2. Products & Pricing

2.1 Product Availability: All products are subject to stock availability. Custom orders require written confirmation.
2.2 Pricing:

• Prices are listed in INR (exclusive of GST) unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may be revised without prior notice. Existing confirmed orders remain unaffected.

• 2.3 Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Certain products may require MOQs, specified at checkout.

 

 

3. Orders & Payment Terms

3.1 Order Confirmation: Orders are binding only after written confirmation (email/order invoice) from the Company.
3.2 Payment Methods:

• Bank transfers, NEFT/RTGS, or credit terms (e.g., net 30/60 days) for approved businesses.

• GST-compliant invoices will be provided.
  3.3 Credit Terms: Subject to credit checks and prior written agreement. Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping:

• Domestic shipping via registered couriers. International shipping available upon request.

• Delivery timelines are estimates; delays due to logistics partners or force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters) are not our liability.
  4.2 Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk transfer to the Buyer upon dispatch.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Defective Goods: Return requests for damaged/defective items must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
5.2 Non-Defective Returns:

• Returns for non-defective items require prior approval and restocking fees (up to 20%)

• Custom-made/personalized items are non-returnable

5.3 Refunds: Processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.

 

6. Intellectual Property (IP)

6.1 Ownership: All designs, logos, and content on the Site are the Company’s IP. Unauthorized replication, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.
6.2 Confidentiality: Business pricing, catalogs, and trade secrets shared with Buyers must remain confidential.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Company is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., lost profits). Errors in product descriptions or technical inaccuracies on the Site.​

7.2 Maximum Liability: Limited to the order value.

 

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, government restrictions).

 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 Jurisdiction: Governed by Indian laws. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.
9.2 Arbitration: Disputes resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator in Kolhapur.
